Disaster Relief

There had been several devastating natural disasters afflicting the Asian countries recently, in particular, Philippines, which had been buffetted by typhoons and floods with massive loss of lives and property.

In June 2008, relief funds amounting to over US$20,000.00 was collected to help victims of Typhoon Frank in Panay Island, Central Philippines rebuild their lives and homes.

In October 2009, Goducate’s sponsors provided much needed support for victims of Typhoons Ketsana (Ondoy), Parma and Santi, which caused the worst floods in Manila in the last 40 years and loss of lives. Relief work for these disaster prone areas are on-going.
