On November 9, APIIS celebrated a significant milestone in its mission to deliver leadership training across Asia, honoring 22 Coast Guard officers who completed the program despite their demanding assignments. The training included active participation, quizzes, and attendance, reflecting the officers’ dedication.

The 21st Century Leadership Training Program, conducted by APIIS MMin alumni volunteers via Zoom over eight weeks, featured sessions on timeless biblical leadership principles, the gospel, and practical skills for navigating modern challenges.

The formal graduation ceremony at the Philippine Coast Guard Headquarters’ main hall brought together guests and representatives from various uniformed groups, including the:

(PCG, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine National Police, and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency).

Joining the celebration were the APIIS Singapore team,  APIIS local volunteers, and special guests of the graduates. A highlight was the inspiring keynote address by Commodore Agapito B. Bibat, Deputy Commander of the Coast Guard Education, Training, and Doctrine Command.

Each graduate received a certificate with three exceptional students recognized for outstanding performance.

The event continued with a lunch fellowship, where attendees engaged in a dynamic Q&A session, addressing leadership needs for the nation. A recurring theme was the pressing need for Godly leadership, which opened meaningful discussions on how APIIS could further empower individuals and organizations.

This milestone has garnered new momentum for APIIS to expand its reach in the Philippines, equipping uniformed personnel to become transformational leaders. The training, while free of charge, relies on the dedicated efforts of APIIS alumni volunteers. Their commitment reflects the heart of APIIS: it is a call to continue the mission, reaching more souls and shaping tomorrow's servant leaders.
