Since 2020 Goducate has had a video department. Initially it focused on producing videos for GoKidz Asia and Goducate Academy (more about it here), but it now does so for whichever Goducate platform needs videos and for Asia Pacific Institute of International Studies (APIIS). It also helps other platforms to edit their own videos. However, most of the video department’s productions are for GoKidz Asia and Goducate Academy.
The department not only produces high-quality engaging and impactful content but also empowers and equips young people to take an active role in this creative journey. The four members of this department are involved in every stage of production, from scriptwriting, to music production and editing, to acting, to video editing, and to graphic design.
A key component of our success is our volunteerism program which is designed to foster mentoring and discipleship. The volunteerism program is open to young students and young professionals. As part of our standard operating procedure, volunteers must undergo a three-month training program. Those who complete the training with good records and quality outputs are welcome to join our production team as volunteers. This program has seen tremendous growth and has proven to be highly effective in nurturing young talents.
We conduct online training sessions throughout the Philippines, offering flexible learning opportunities to accommodate diverse schedules and locations. Additionally, we hold physical training sessions at the Iloilo Digital Hub, where participants can gain hands-on experience and future-ready skills.
In our pursuit of excellence, we are constantly exploring new ways to innovate and enhance our training and production processes. By leveraging the latest technology and artificial intelligence, we can streamline our workflows and improve the quality of our content.
Our video-production efforts are not just about creating content; they are about making a difference. Through our educational and spiritual videos, we aim to inspire and educate our audience, helping them to grow and thrive. By empowering these individuals and providing them with the tools and opportunities they need, we are building a brighter future for our communities and beyond.
